Appointments
We have designed our appointment system to ensure you receive the right care, at the right time, from the most appropriate clinician.
On-the-Day Telephone Triage
Most appointments are arranged through our on-the-day telephone triage system. Please phone the practice from 8am to request a call back from a Doctor.
When you contact the practice, a clinician will review your request and assess your needs. You will then be:
- Given advice over the phone, or
- Booked for a face-to-face appointment if needed, or
- Directed to the most appropriate service
This approach helps us prioritise urgent cases and ensures patients are seen as efficiently as possible.
Appointments Across Our Three Sites
We aim to offer you an appointment at your usual or nearest surgery whenever possible.
However, as we operate across three locations, you may be offered an appointment at an alternative site to ensure you are seen sooner. All our sites share the same clinical system, so your care remains consistent wherever you are seen.
Pre-Bookable Appointments
In addition to on-the-day care, we offer a limited number of pre-bookable appointments, which can be arranged in advance.
These include:
- Telephone consultations
- Face-to-face appointments
These appointments are suitable for routine or non-urgent issues and can be booked through our reception team.
Please note that the practice is closed on Bank Holidays.
Patients are able to access a Patient Care Advisor by telephone from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that all incoming and outgoing telephone calls from the practice are recorded for training purposes.
