As part of our new care navigator scheme our practice administrative team have been specially trained to assist you by making sure you see the right person to help you with your problem.

Our Patient Service Advisors will ask you a few questions to assess your care needs. This will enable them to direct you to the most appropriate person or service, which may not always be the be a Doctor and may be another member of the practice team, such as our Nurse, our Healthcare Assistant, the dentist, the optician or one of our local pharmacies.

We are asking our patients to support our Patient Care Advisors as much as they can, so we can support our patients to access the right care in the right setting as quickly as possible.

They are not being intrusive; they are doing their best to help you.

Your call is always treated in the strictest confidence.

Many thanks for your support in this.
