The practice catchment area is shown on the Practice Area tab of this page. When you register with the Practice you will be asked to complete a registration form and an appointment will be made for you to see a practice nurse. This will enable us to gain some basic information about your previous health and any medications that you are currently on.
When completing the registration form, patients can express their preference of doctor. The Practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, appearance, medical condition etc.
